Our before and aftercare programs are provided by caring staff members who interact with students and facilitate a variety of indoor and outdoor games and activities.
Before care is available beginning at 7:30 AM.
Aftercare begins immediately after school and is offered to all students in grades K-8th. Students in grades 2nd and up have the option of going directly after school to “homework club” where they can quietly do their homework with the assistance of a teacher, if needed.
Children may go directly to aftercare or go to homework club and then to aftercare. Aftercare consists of a healthy snack, and a time for children to play, relax, and extend the friendships they have developed at school, not only with students in their own class, but often with students in other classes. Children play outside, make forts, dig in the sand, swing, read, play inside games, make crafts, and enjoy the opportunity of having free time!
