There are roughly 10.62 million people living in Georgia. Out of that, there are thousands, if not millions of essential workers doing their part to keep people safe and healthy during this worldwide pandemic called the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. Here at Foundations School we are trying to do our part by providing a clean and safe environment for our staff and children within our care. Mothers and fathers are juggling multiple roles right now. Parents and grandparents are not only taking care of themselves, but their loved ones and little ones. They are also employees and teachers during what should be their normal workday, as schools and some childcare services have closed due to the Coronavirus.
Here at Foundations School, we want to take some of that stress off of parents and essential workers shoulders. We have remained dedicated to ensuring we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness while maintaining some normalcy for those who are utilizing our childcare services at this time. We have adhered to every guideline that the Center for Disease Control has provided and will continue to do so. We understand how important it is for everyone to have peace of mind during these times. Although we do not know when our new normal will begin, we at Foundations will continue to stress the importance of hand washing from faculty and children; frequently disinfecting surfaces; while also teaching and demonstrating the importance of covering one’s mouth when they cough. We are in this together and we will make it through.
